Cancellations of orders for standard products (existing in the catalogue) will only be accepted when they are delivered outside the order confirmation deadline. Cancellations of orders of customised products that are not featured in our catalogue will not be accepted.

Orders of a value below or equal to 300 euros will be charged for delivery. Orders of a value above 300 euros will not be charged for delivery. Delivery charges will also be applied if the order is delivered in a staged manner.

Complaints about the delivered products will only be accepted up to eight days after their delivery. Please check the material upon receiving it.

Any return of products will be subject to our prior acceptance, and will only be accepted within the maximum period of 30 days, provided that the material is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
