The collected data are limited to the customer's name, phone number and email, which are used for the purposes established in this policy, and may be obtained through: - Forms on the website; - Face-to-face collection (e.g., Vesting Cards, Fairs, …).
RETENTION PERIOD
The collected personal data will be kept for as long as the data subject consents to the purposes established in point 1 and/or for as long as IFEC maintains promotional activities.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
The collected personal data may be shared for hosting and backup in servers located in Portugal.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
To access, correct, update, erase or change the consent of communications, the data subject should contact IFEC by email to geral@ifec.pt, using the sender email that the subscription was made with. These requests will be handled as soon as possible. This form of contact can also be used for any clarification or suggestion about this policy.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
In order to offer visitors more choice about how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The add-on communicates with Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that the information on the visit to the website should not be sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics Opt-out Browser extra does not prevent the information from being sent to the actual website or to other services of web analytics. Cookies are used when browsing on the IFEC website, however, they do not collect information that identifies the user. General information is collected, namely how the users arrive at and use the websites or the zone of the country in which they access the website, etc.
